COMPLIANCE FILE AUDIT
With our compliance service you handle the transaction and we'll make sure you're compliant. We will review your contract, listing and/or purchase documents, gather missing items, upload all required documents to your brokerage compliance system and send you a completed and compliant transaction file.
FULL SERVICE
Simply put, we take care of everything! That's everything you love about our contract- to-close service plus pre-listing activities including entering into your MLS, writing an effective property description, cooridinating photographers and more! But we're not finished. We'll take your transaction to contract, closing and finally compliance!
